Good Afternoon,

Last night, the Boothbay-Boothbay Harbor CSD school board approved a plan that will allow us to return all of our students to in person instruction by the middle of next week.
To put this plan in place, we need to make arrangements to move classrooms to new, temporary spaces and to prepare for student arrival.

There will be no school for all Boothbay Region Elementary School students on Friday, March 3, Monday, March 6, or Tuesday, March 7.  All Prek-8 students will return to in person instruction on Wednesday, March 8, 2023

On Friday, March 3, 2023 all high school students will continue remote learning.  There will be no school for BRHS grades 9-12 on Monday, March 6.  High School students and staff will resume in person learning at the high school on Tuesday, March 7, 2023.

There is no change to Bath Voc students or extracurricular activities.  Weather permitting, those are all as planned.

Further information will be coming directly from the schools with grade specific details that will answer many of your questions about pick up and drop off, bus schedules et cetera . Morning bus routes and times will not be affected.

While no plan is ideal we are trying our best to get all students back to in person instruction and ultimately back to their original classroom spaces as soon as possible. This plan is a major step in that direction.

Thank you for your cooperation , patience and understanding as we work toward achieving these goals
